un ⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Reliable Farm Outdoor Home Help Needed – Lawn, Pool, & Basic Maintenance (Fort Pierce) Private compensation: ~$500/mo – $15/hour employment type: experience level: entry level job title: General labor farm work handyman I’m looking for a reliable, long-term helper to keep my yard and outdoor areas in good shape. This is steady, part-time work. Mowing, edging, sweeping, pressure washing, pool upkeep – the usual stuff that keeps a Florida yard looking decent. We live on a 10 acre lot and it’s getting to be a little too much for me to handle. I run a busy business from home and I’m inside a lot these days. I’ve a lot of work already. I’m just at a point in life where I want to focus on work and not on a weed wacker.

• Job Details:

• Yard mowing & edging
• Blowing/sweeping walkways, window cleaning
• Light pressure washing (driveway, patio, etc.)
• Pool maintenance (basic skimming and chemicals)
• General light outdoor upkeep (e.g., patio, trash bins, etc.)
• About 2-3 visits per week depending on weather & season

• Pay:

• $500-600/month depending on experience. This is ongoing, long-term work if it’s a good fit.

• Requirements:

• Be dependable. Seriously.
• Own your own transportation
• Be sober while on the job (no weed, no booze)
• Be respectful around the house and property
• Must be OK with a background check (I’m not picky—I just don’t want violent or predatory stuff)
• Things I don’t care about:
• Past DUIs, drug charges, or mistakes in life—so long as you’re chill and trustworthy now
