Responsibilities:

• Perform groundskeeping and landscape maintenance duties, including trimming, edging, planting, watering, irrigation, building maintenance, some light electrical, etc.
• Maintain hardscape areas such as sidewalks, pathways, and parking lots
• Assist with tree care, including pruning, trimming, and removal
• Operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Ensure that all outdoor areas are clean and well-maintained
• Collaborate with team members to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Previous experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping preferred
• Knowledge of irrigation systems and lawn care techniques
• Ability to operate power tools and equipment effectively and safely
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
