Lawn Maintenance Bixby’s Lawn Care & Landscaping Ormond Beach, FL 32174 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of maintenance tasks that ensure the upkeep and aesthetic appeal of our properties. This role requires a hands-on approach to landscape maintenance, tree care, and general upkeep of outdoor areas. The Maintenance Person will work independently and as part of a team to maintain high standards of service. Duties Perform tree trimming and care to promote healthy growth and safety. Utilize power tools and hand tools for various maintenance tasks. • Maintain landscapes through mowing, lawn care, and general landscape maintenance. Dig and prepare areas for planting or other landscaping projects. Regularly inspect grounds for maintenance needs and report issues as necessary. Collaborate with team members to complete larger projects efficiently. Experience Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related fields is preferred. Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools safely and effectively. Knowledge of tree care practices is a plus. Experience with snow plowing operations is beneficial. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions are essential.
