Groundskeeper CW Lawn Service LLC Milledgeville, GA 31061 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Groundskeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and functionality of our landscapes, ensuring that all grounds are well-kept and inviting. This role requires a combination of physical stamina, attention to detail, and a passion for outdoor work. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns. Care for gardens by planting, watering, weeding, and fertilizing plants as needed. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to maintain grounds. Irrigate lawns and gardens to ensure optimal growth and health of plants. Conduct regular inspections of the grounds to identify areas needing attention or repairs. Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas by removing debris and litter. Assist in seasonal preparations such as snow removal or leaf collection as required. Qualifications Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required. Familiarity with lawn care techniques and plant care practices is a plus. Ability to operate various hand tools and power tools safely. Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in varying weather conditions. Attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high standards of appearance in all landscapes. A valid driver’s license may be required depending on the location of work assignments.
