Grounds/ Maintenance Technician Confidential Macon, GA 31210 Job Overview Apartment Community seeking a Full Time Ground/ Maintenance Technician to assist in maintaining 200 units located in Macon, GA. Maintenance duties include, but are not limited to, basic plumbing, appliance repairs, electrical, and grounds keeping. Responsibilities Maintains all common areas and grounds of the community in a clean, attractive condition throughout the day Run the trash compactor every morning and throughout the day as needed. Keep pad area clean. Keep breezeways free of debris and cobwebs, and clean lights as needed. Support the Maintenance Team in various maintenance functions to ensure the smooth operation of the property. Candidates will be required to pass a drug and background screening. Salary will be based on experience plus performance bonuses are available.
