The ideal candidate will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of our grounds, ensuring a clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing environment. This role requires a hands-on approach to landscape maintenance and the ability to operate various tools and equipment effectively. Responsibilities Perform regular irrigation tasks to maintain healthy gardens and landscapes. Conduct routine maintenance on lawns, including mowing, trimming, and fertilizing. Utilize hand tools and power tools for effective groundskeeping and landscape maintenance. Assist in planting, pruning, and caring for trees, shrubs, and flowers. Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and stored after use. Monitor the condition of the landscape and report any issues or needed repairs. Collaborate with team members to complete landscaping projects efficiently. Maintain a clean work area by disposing of debris and waste appropriately. Requirements Proven experience in golf corse maintenance or groundskeeping is preferred. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools commonly used in lawn care. Ability to irrigate effectively and maintain garden health. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work. Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods.
