Lawn Maintenance Worker MHP Statesboro ,LLC Statesboro, GA 30461 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring the upkeep and functionality of our grounds and facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. Responsibilities will include various maintenance tasks that contribute to the overall aesthetic and operational efficiency of our property. Responsibilities Perform regular groundskeeping duties, including mowing, landscaping, and picking up trash. Utilize power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for various maintenance tasks. Conduct tree trimming and garden maintenance to enhance visual appeal. Build and repair structures as needed to maintain the integrity of outdoor spaces. Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and equipment used in maintenance activities. Report any significant repairs or maintenance needs to management promptly. Skills Proficiency in operating power tools and hand tools relevant to landscaping and maintenance tasks. Experience in groundskeeping, including mowing. Knowledge of equipment operation such as zero turn lawn mower, weed eater, tractor with bushog and chain saw. Ability to perform tree trimming of small limbs Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
