Summary We are seeking a dedicated Buildings & Groundskeeper to join our team at Thunderbolt Marine, Inc. This role is essential in maintaining the aesthetics and functionality of our outdoor spaces, ensuring a welcoming environment for our clients and staff. The Groundskeeper will play a key role in supporting our mission of excellence in marine services. Responsibilities Clean restrooms, collect trash, restock paper products, soaps, & other items Perform regular groundskeeping duties including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns. Maintain flower beds, gardens, and landscaping to enhance the facility’s appearance. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various landscaping tasks. Irrigate plants and manage watering schedules to ensure healthy growth. Conduct routine inspections of the buildings & grounds to identify and resolve maintenance needs or issues. Assist with seasonal landscaping projects as directed by management. Ensure all groundskeeping equipment is properly maintained and stored. Requirements Proven experience in commercial cleaning of buildings and groundskeeping or landscape maintenance preferred. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping tasks. Strong attention to detail with an eye for aesthetics in outdoor spaces. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
