Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Maintain and care for the landscape, gardens, and lawns of the property
• Perform routine lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming
• Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees
• Weed and remove debris from garden beds
• Operate hand tools and power tools necessary for groundskeeping tasks
• Ensure that the grounds are clean and presentable at all times

Skills:

• Knowledge of basic landscaping techniques and practices
• Familiarity with various hand tools and power tools used in groundskeeping
• Ability to operate equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and blowers
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions
• Attention to detail to ensure the grounds are well-maintained and visually appealing

Note:

Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscaping is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for candidates who demonstrate a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.
