What We are Looking For Southern Belle Vacation Rentals is seeking Landscaping Crew Members to join our team in Savannah and Tybee Island. This position is responsible for maintaining over 350 vacation rentals throughout the Savannah/Tybee area. We are looking for crew members with a can-do attitude! Perform general lawn care duties including mowing, mulching, weeding, fertilizing, edging and pruning Maintain a schedule where all our properties are checked on a regular basis for regular lawn care needs Complete miscellaneous jobs as assigned by a maintenance coordinator and landscaping manager Must be a hard worker with a can-do attitude and high attention to detail Qualifications Must have a high school diploma or equivalent At least one year or more experience landscaping for residential or commercial properties Experience with a variety of hand tools and maintenance equipment including clippers, chain saws, lawnmowers, blowers, edgers, rakes, and hedge trimmers Must have excellent stamina and in good physical health Be available to work a flexible schedule. Weekends and holidays are a MUST! Assist other employees in various assignments Work Environment and Physical Demands The ability to perform strenuous outdoor tasks in various weather conditions Ability to stand, sit, and walk for an extended period of time Reach overhead and below the waist Bend, stoop, squat and kneel Can push, pull and lift up to 50 pounds Location Savannah and Tybee Island Schedule Tuesday – Saturday 8 hour shift Overtime Weekend availability
