Full-Time / Seasonal We’re looking to grow our team at Paradise Lawn Care & Pressure Washing with motivated, reliable, and skilled landscapers who take pride in making outdoor spaces beautiful. We’re currently hiring for both Experienced Landscapers and a Landscape Crew Lead . ✅

What We’re Looking For:

Experienced Landscaper:

Skilled in trimming, shaping, and maintaining bushes & hedges Has a good eye for design and curb appeal Works well independently and with a team Physically fit and ready for outdoor work in all weather

Crew Lead:

All of the above, plus : Reliable and punctual – shows up ready to work every day Strong leadership skills – can guide a crew to stay on task and deliver quality work Organized and communicates well with the team and clients

Requirements:

Must have landscaping experience (especially with trimming & design work) Must be physically able to handle labor-intensive, outdoor work No felony convictions Must be dependable, respectful, and ready to work hard

Work is based in Marietta, GA , and surrounding areas
