The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of landscape maintenance practices. This role involves a variety of tasks aimed at enhancing the aesthetic appeal and health of outdoor spaces, including residential and commercial properties. Duties Operate power tools and hand tools for various landscaping tasks, ensuring safety protocols are followed. Perform mowing, trimming, and lawn care to maintain healthy grass and plant life. Assist in tree care, including pruning and planting, to promote growth and longevity. Build landscape features such as flower beds, pathways, and retaining walls as needed. Maintain gardens by planting flowers, shrubs, and other vegetation while ensuring proper irrigation techniques are applied. Carry out groundskeeping duties to keep outdoor areas clean, organized, and visually appealing. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Qualifications Proven experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is preferred but not required. Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in landscape maintenance. Knowledge of lawn care techniques and plant care practices. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment. A valid driver’s license may be required for transportation between job sites.
