The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and possess skills in various landscaping tasks. This role involves maintaining and enhancing the beauty of residential and commercial properties through effective landscape maintenance, lawn care, and hardscape projects. The Landscape Laborer will work closely with our team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns. Assist with hardscape projects such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Conduct tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth and aesthetics. Participate in snow plowing operations during winter months to ensure safe access for clients. Maintain equipment used in landscaping activities, ensuring it is clean and in good working condition. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety guidelines. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their landscape needs. Requirements Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related fields is preferred but not required. Mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment is a plus. Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions. Knowledge of gardening techniques and plant care is beneficial. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work. Willingness to learn new skills related to landscaping and hardscaping. A valid driver’s license may be required for transportation to job sites.
