The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of landscape maintenance practices. This role involves performing various landscaping tasks to enhance and maintain the aesthetic appeal of residential and commercial properties. The Landscape Technician will work closely with other team members to ensure high-quality results and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks including lawn care, garden upkeep, and groundskeeping. Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for various landscaping projects. Execute snow plowing duties during winter months to ensure safe access to properties. Assist in hardscape installations such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Conduct tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth and maintain appearance. Dig trenches, plant trees, shrubs, and flowers as needed for landscape enhancement. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition through regular cleaning and basic repairs. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety standards. Skills Proficient in landscape maintenance techniques including lawn care and garden management. Experience with snow plowing operations is a plus. Knowledge of hardscape installation methods is beneficial. Ability to operate various power tools and hand tools safely. Strong digging skills for planting and trenching tasks. Familiarity with tree trimming practices to ensure proper care of trees. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality work. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
