This role is essential for maintaining the beauty and functionality of our landscapes, ensuring that all outdoor areas are well-kept and inviting. The ideal candidate will have experience in landscape maintenance, tree care, and lawn care, with a passion for working outdoors. Responsibilities Perform routine landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns. Operate various equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and bucket trucks for tree trimming and care. Assist in planting, growing, and maintaining gardens and flower beds to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the grounds. Conduct regular inspections of trees and plants to identify any issues or necessary treatments. Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored after use. Collaborate with team members to complete larger landscaping projects efficiently. Follow safety protocols while operating machinery and handling materials. Qualifications Previous experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping is preferred. Knowledge of tree trimming techniques and tree care practices is a plus. Familiarity with operating a bucket truck and understanding of bucket operation safety is advantageous. Strong attention to detail with the ability to recognize plant health issues. Physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions. A valid driver’s license may be required for operating company vehicles or equipment.
