Landscaping Crew Member Floribunda Landscaping and Gardens 767 Dalerose Avenue, Decatur, GA 30030 Overview We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Crew Members to join our landscaping team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces for our clients. This position requires a passion for working outdoors and a commitment to delivering high-quality landscape services. Duties Perform landscape maintenance tasks. Assist in building and installing hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Irrigate gardens and landscaped areas to ensure proper water distribution. Engage in grounds keeping activities, including planting flowers, shrubs, and trees. Dig and prepare soil for planting as needed. Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently to complete tasks. Participate in snow plowing operations during winter months to maintain safe access for clients. Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to client satisfaction. Experience Previous experience in landscape maintenance or grounds keeping is preferred but not required. Familiarity with operating power tools and hand tools used in landscaping is advantageous. A willingness to learn new skills related to landscaping techniques and equipment operation is essential. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
