This role is essential in supporting various landscaping and groundskeeping activities, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and possess skills in lawn care, gardening, and general maintenance. Duties Assist in mowing and maintaining lawns to ensure a healthy appearance. Participate in groundskeeping activities, including planting, watering, and caring for flowers and shrubs. Utilize hand tools for various landscaping tasks such as trimming, edging, and weeding. Help build hardscape features like patios, walkways, or retaining walls as needed. Operate equipment for snow plowing during winter months to maintain safe access to properties. Assist with irrigation system setup and maintenance to ensure proper watering of landscapes. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining high-quality standards. Experience Previous experience in lawn care, landscaping, or groundskeeping is preferred but not required. Familiarity with hand tools and equipment used in gardening and landscape maintenance is beneficial. A strong willingness to learn new skills related to building hardscapes and managing outdoor spaces. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
