The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various landscaping tasks to maintain and enhance the aesthetic appeal of residential and commercial properties. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a passion for outdoor work. Duties Perform mowing, trimming, and edging of lawns to ensure a well-manicured appearance. Irrigate landscapes effectively to promote healthy plant growth. Conduct groundskeeping tasks such as raking leaves, mulching, and weeding. Utilize hand tools and equipment for planting, pruning, and maintaining trees, shrubs, and flower beds. Assist in snow plowing during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition through regular cleaning and basic mechanical knowledge. Collaborate with team members to execute landscape maintenance plans efficiently. Requirements Previous experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with hand tools used in landscaping tasks is essential. Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in varying weather conditions. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work. Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance is a plus. Willingness to learn new skills related to landscaping techniques and practices.
