Job Summary:

As a Landscape Right of Way (ROW) Laborer, you’ll be responsible for maintaining roadsides, medians, and public spaces by performing tasks such as mowing, edging, brush clearing, and debris removal. This role requires physical endurance, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in outdoor conditions. You’ll operate various landscaping tools and equipment while ensuring compliance with all safety standards. Your work directly contributes to the safety, appearance, and overall quality of our communities.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance tasks such as mowing, weed-eating, edging, and debris removal Operate and maintain basic landscaping tools and equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers Assist with pruning, mulching, and seasonal planting as needed Ensure right-of-way areas are kept clear, safe, and visually appealing Follow all company safety protocols and report any hazards or equipment issues Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete assigned routes efficiently

Qualifications:

Prior landscape maintenance or ROW experience preferred, but not required Ability to work in varying weather conditions and handle physical tasks throughout the day Must be dependable, punctual, and a team player Valid driver’s license is a plus; CDL a bonus Must be able to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks daily
