Landscape Laborer Stars and Stripes Lawn Services Gwinnett County, GA Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong commitment to maintaining beautiful landscapes. This role involves various tasks related to lawn care, gardening, and general groundskeeping. The Landscape Laborer will work closely with other team members to ensure that all landscaping projects are completed efficiently and to high standards. Responsibilities Perform lawn care activities including mowing, edging, and trimming. Assist in garden maintenance by planting, weeding, and watering plants. Carry out tree care tasks such as pruning and mulching. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various landscaping tasks. Build and maintain landscape features such as flower beds, pathways, and retaining walls. Conduct regular inspections of the landscape to identify areas needing attention or improvement. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition through regular cleaning and minor repairs. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety protocols. Qualifications Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is preferred but not required. Knowledge of tree care practices is a plus. Mechanical knowledge for basic equipment maintenance is beneficial. Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely. Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods. Attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to landscaping.
