Tree Groundsman Position Available In Lowndes, Georgia

Tree Groundsman Bennett’s Tree Service Inc Lake Park, GA 31636 Understand this is a very physical job and will require working in the outside elements from extreme heat to cold temperatures and sometimes rain. Bennett’s Tree Service is seeking a dedicated Ground Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining all groundwork on job sites. Responsibilities

• Be sure equipment is loaded and tied down appropriately before driving to job site.
• Routine maitenance on all work vehicles included but limited to keeping them clean, fueling, and checking all fluids.
• Report any mechanicle failures asap to be repaired.
• Drive equipment safely to job sites
• Conduct tree care tasks including trimming and pruning using chainsaws, gas pole saws, etc
• Using roping and rigging techniques with climber or bucket operator safely.
• Use equipment such as mini skidsteer, Full size skidsteer. loading and unloading dump trailer etc.
• Use pitchfork, rakes, and blowers to cleanup jobsite with detail to be sure our customer’s property are cleaned to high quality before leaving site. Qualifications
• Experience using a chainsaw
• Proficiency in operating mini skidsteer and other relevant equipment
• Knowledge of tree care practices and techniques
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods
