Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a landscaping crew on residential and commercial projects Ensure jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and up to company standards Operate landscaping equipment and tools Communicate effectively with clients and team members Train new crew members as needed Maintain a clean and safe worksite
Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Must be able to pass a drug test Previous landscaping and leadership experience preferred (not required) Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
