The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance tasks, including lawn care, landscape maintenance, and general repairs. This position requires a proactive individual who can work independently and is committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and functionality. Duties Perform routine lawn care, including mowing, trimming, and fertilizing to ensure a well-maintained landscape. Execute landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, weeding, and mulching. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various maintenance projects. Conduct minor repairs on facilities, including plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. Assist in hardscape projects by building and maintaining structures such as patios and walkways. Dig trenches or holes as needed for planting or repair work. Maintain an organized inventory of tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management. Skills Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair various systems. Experience with lawn care practices, including mowing techniques and landscape maintenance. Ability to dig efficiently for planting or construction purposes.
