We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of our grounds and facilities. This role requires a proactive approach to ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, contributing to a safe and pleasant environment for all. Duties Operate and maintain various power tools and hand tools to perform maintenance tasks. Conduct regular lawn care activities, including mowing, trimming, and fertilizing. Perform landscape maintenance duties such as planting, weeding, and mulching. Manage irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of gardens and landscapes. Assist in groundskeeping tasks to maintain the aesthetic quality of outdoor areas. Identify and address maintenance issues promptly to prevent further damage or deterioration. Collaborate with team members to complete larger projects as needed. Experience Previous experience in maintenance or landscaping is preferred but not required. Familiarity with power tools and hand tools is essential for performing various tasks safely and effectively. Knowledge of garden care techniques, including lawn care, irrigation, and landscape maintenance is a plus. A strong work ethic with attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
