Full Job Description Job Summary:
Under broad supervision, maintains grounds in an attractive and orderly condition by trimming lawns, removing leaves and debris and other related duties.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities Include:
Operates and maintains grounds equipment as necessary Makes improvements to walks, lanes, sheds, and benches, including painting and minor repairs Mows and edges lawns, using power mowers and edgers Provides preventive maintenance pertaining to grounds area Minimum Qualifications One (1) year of job-related experience and valid driver’s license; or one (1) year of experience at the lower level Groundskeeper 2 (FES031) or position equivalent. Preferred Qualifications Two years of experience performing groundskeeping work 3 months ago Richmond Augusta, GA Facility Services
