Responsibilities:

As a Landscaper/Grounds Worker, you will play a vital role in maintaining the green spaces and scenic beauty of our partnered golf courses, facilities, and city parks.

Your primary duties will include:

Mowing, edging, and fertilizing lawns to maintain their pristine appearance. Weeding and mulching landscape beds for optimal plant health and aesthetics. Trimming small trees, hedges, and shrubs to ensure a neat and manicured appearance. Safely removing unwanted, dead, or damaged trees to enhance the overall landscape. Assisting with planting shrubs, flowers, and trees to create captivating floral displays. Keeping the sites clean and free from any trash, contributing to a pleasant environment.

Skills and Qualifications:

Our ideal candidate possesses the following skills and qualifications:

Landscaping Experience:

Proven experience in landscaping and grounds maintenance.

Machinery Proficiency:

Knowledge of operating various landscaping machinery, including but not limited to Lawn Mowers, Weed Eaters, and more.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand and work outdoors for extended periods, often exceeding 6 hours.

Flexibility:

Capable of bending and stooping multiple times a day to accomplish tasks efficiently.

Communication:

Strong ability to read, listen, and comprehend basic instructions to work collaboratively with the team.

Strength:
