Responsibilities Conduct regular property reviews to assess plant health and landscape conditions. Perform plant care, including watering, pruning, and fertilizing. Maintain and clean fountains and lighting systems. Apply mulch and other ground coverings as needed. Manage and maintain the irrigation system, including after-hours calls if necessary. Collaborate with the irrigation manager to address urgent repairs and water leaks. Ensure safety and cleanliness of work areas. Qualifications Valid driver’s license. Preferred experience in irrigation systems. Ability to work outdoors for extended periods, including physical tasks such as bending, lifting (up to 50 pounds), and operating equipment. Comfortable working in various environmental conditions, including exposure to noise, dust, and weather elements. Compensation $16.50 – $18.00 per hour , based on experience.
