This role involves performing a variety of tasks related to landscaping, groundskeeping, and hardscaping, ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards. Responsibilities Perform groundskeeping duties including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns. Dig and prepare soil for planting flowers, shrubs, and trees. Build and maintain hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Utilize hand tools and mechanical equipment safely and effectively for various landscaping tasks. Maintain clean work areas by removing debris and ensuring tools are properly stored after use. Collaborate with team members to complete landscape projects efficiently and on schedule. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment at all times. Qualifications Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is preferred but not required. Knowledge of basic gardening techniques and plant care is advantageous. Mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment is a plus. Ability to operate hand tools safely, including shovels, rakes, pruners, and lawnmowers. Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
