Groundskeeper (Part-Time Day Shift) Washington County Regional Medical Center 610 Sparta Road, Sandersville, GA 31082 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Groundskeeper/Porter to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure indoor and outdoor spaces are clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing. This role involves a variety of tasks to maintain cleanliness inside and outside the hospital. Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas by removing debris and litter. Collect and remove trash from inside of the hospital. Sweep and mop floors. Clean surfaces. Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various groundskeeping duties. Collaborate with team members to ensure all groundskeeping/porter tasks are completed efficiently. Requirements Previous experience in groundskeeping or is preferred but not required. Familiarity with various power tools and hand tools used in gardening and landscaping. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and aesthetics. Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods in various weather conditions. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
