Lawn Crew Member Lower Lawns LLC Dalton, GA 30721 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Lawn Care Crew Member to join our team. We are working hard to grow our company and are heavily merit based in how we apply raises and rewards for employees. At Lower Lawns you will be rewarded over time as you gain skills and help us maintain additional lawn customers properties. We need someone who is career oriented and looking to be somewhere and assist in the growth process of our company. The job will start as a part time position but as we work together and gain customers you have plenty of room to go full time. Duties Perform mowing, edging, and trimming of lawns to ensure a neat appearance. Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including planting, weeding, and mulching. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Requirements Previous experience in landscape maintenance or gardening is preferred but not required. Experienced employees will be paid more. Familiarity with mowing techniques and equipment operation is a plus. Basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain landscaping tools. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, digging, and standing for extended periods. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work. Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions. A valid driver’s license is required.
