Irrigation Worker Coopers Irrigation and Landscaping Bossier City, LA 71111 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Irrigation Worker to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining the health and aesthetics of gardens and landscapes through effective irrigation practices. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience with various tools, ensuring that irrigation systems are installed, maintained, and repaired efficiently. Duties Install, maintain, and repair irrigation systems to ensure optimal water distribution for gardens and landscapes. Utilize hand tools and power tools to dig trenches, build irrigation systems, and perform necessary landscape maintenance. Regularly inspect irrigation systems for leaks or malfunctions and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Collaborate with landscape teams to assess watering needs based on plant types and environmental conditions. Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to ensure functionality and safety. Assist in lawn care tasks as needed, including mowing, trimming, and weeding to enhance overall landscape quality. Qualifications Previous experience in garden or landscape maintenance is preferred.
