The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing vacant units for new residents, performing minor repairs, and maintaining the cleanliness and curb appeal of the property grounds. Must have your own basic hand tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare vacant units for new tenants (paint touch-ups, caulking, cleaning, replacing fixtures, etc.)
• Perform minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of property grounds (trash pickup, sweeping, light landscaping)
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
• Assist with seasonal upkeep (leaf removal, snow/ice management if applicable)
• Ensure work is completed in a timely and professional manner
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

Requirements:

• Previous experience in apartment maintenance or general repairs preferred
• Must have your own basic hand tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Good communication skills and professional attitude
