The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a commitment to providing high-quality lawn care services. This role involves various landscaping tasks, including mowing, tree care, and groundskeeping, contributing to the overall aesthetic and health of our clients’ properties. Duties Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns to ensure a neat appearance. Assist with hardscape projects, including the installation of patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Dig and prepare soil for planting trees, shrubs, and flowers as needed. Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition for optimal performance. Conduct tree care activities including tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth. Utilize hand tools effectively to complete various landscaping tasks safely. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve project goals and maintain high standards of service. Qualifications Previous experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping is

but not required. Knowledge of hardscape installation techniques is a plus. Ability to operate hand tools and small machinery safely and efficiently. Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues is beneficial. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude. Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects as needed throughout the day.
