Lawn Care Laborer Green Angel Lawn Care Jennings, LA 70546 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping and a strong understanding of lawn care practices. This role involves maintaining the aesthetic and health of lawns and gardens, ensuring that our clients’ outdoor spaces are beautiful and well-kept. The Lawn Care Specialist will work both independently and as part of a team, utilizing various tools and techniques to deliver high-quality lawn care services. Responsibilities Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, and trimming to maintain healthy grass and landscapes. Execute landscape maintenance duties such as planting, weeding, and mulching. Utilize hand tools and equipment effectively for digging, planting, and maintaining flower beds and gardens. Assist in hardscape projects including the installation of patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Conduct regular inspections of lawns to identify issues such as pests or diseases and recommend appropriate solutions. Maintain equipment in good working condition through routine checks and basic mechanical repairs. Ensure all work is completed safely while adhering to company policies and environmental guidelines. Experience Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals. Familiarity with groundskeeping practices and landscape maintenance techniques is advantageous. Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance will be beneficial. Proficiency in using hand tools related to gardening and landscaping tasks is essential. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions are necessary traits for success in this role.
