Good physical condition, stamina and strength. Solid verbal communication skills to interact with cleaning staff, technicians and customers. A high school diploma is a plus. Responsibilities Remove debris from all areas of the property. Maintain common areas and keep them neat, clean and free from litter. Assist with make-ready duties. Assist with various physical tasks such as moving heavy items. Help with landscaping needs. • Carries out work order assignments from the Community Manager. • Assists other maintenance personnel as needed.
