Lamarque Motor Company – 4.0 Kenner, LA Job Details $12 – $15 an hour 10 hours ago Qualifications Janitorial experience High school diploma or GED Custodial experience Cleaning Entry level Full Job Description The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and safety of outdoor grounds and common areas. Remove debris, trash, and litter from grounds and common outdoor areas Empty and dispose of trash and recycling in appropriate receptacles Clean windows, glass doors, and other surfaces as needed Maintain janitorial closets and equipment in a clean and organized condition Inspect outdoor areas for safety hazards and report issues promptly
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous janitorial or custodial experience is a plus Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Basic knowledge of cleaning products and proper handling procedures Physical ability to lift (up to 50 lbs), bend, stoop, and be on feet for extended periods Dependable, responsible, and detail-oriented Ability to work independently or as part of a team Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if required
Working Conditions:
Frequent outdoor work in varying weather conditions Physical labor including bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs), pushing, and standing for long periods May require weekend or evening hours depending on events or emergencies
