The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has an eye for landscape aesthetics, and ensures a welcoming and clean environment for residents and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain all exterior areas of the property, including lawns, gardens, walkways, parking areas, and recreational zones. Perform landscaping duties such as mowing, trimming, edging, weeding, mulching, planting, and watering. Regularly inspect grounds for debris, trash, or hazards and ensure immediate cleanup. Assist with seasonal tasks including snow/ice removal, leaf collection, and irrigation system maintenance. Maintain outdoor amenities such as pools, courtyards, grilling areas, and dog parks. Operate and maintain landscaping equipment including mowers, blowers, trimmers, and hand tools. Assist with minor exterior repairs, pressure washing, and painting as needed. Support maintenance team with property upkeep and resident service requests when required. Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and community standards of cleanliness and appearance.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or exterior maintenance (luxury/residential setting preferred). Familiarity with landscaping tools, equipment, and basic horticultural practices. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude. Good communication skills and a customer-friendly demeanor. Ability to lift heavy items, operate machinery, and perform physical labor.
