As a merchandising services company, we support live goods growers by ensuring their products are beautifully presented and well-maintained. While you will be working inside Home Depot stores, you will be employed by Stinchcomb Associates. About the Role As a merchandiser, your primary responsibility is to create an appealing and organized garden center by maintaining live seasonal plants, following plan-o-grams, and upholding signage and aesthetic standards. We offer part-time, full-time, and seasonal opportunities. Current openings are for seasonal positions , with the potential for year-round employment and benefits. Responsibilities Merchandise and maintain plant displays according to company and store standards Ensure displays are safely constructed and properly placed Set up, restock, and refresh displays as shipments arrive Care for plants by watering, pruning, and maintaining signage Assist customers with questions and provide excellent service Communicate effectively with supervisors, store management, and other service teams Keep the work area clean and organized Qualifications Experience in merchandising, retail, horticulture, or landscaping is preferred but no required Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs. consistently throughout the day Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Excellent communication and organizational skills Able to work independently and as part of a team Must be at least 18 years old Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license If you enjoy working with plants, organizing displays, and providing great customer service, we’d love to hear from you!
