Per Work Order Our residential property management company is seeking qualified residential maintenance companies in your area to complete occupied home maintenance services. Services needed, but are not limited to:
- General home repairs (Interior and Exterior)
- Electrical, plumbing, and HVAC home repairs General requirements: 1. General Liability Insurance in the amounts of $1M per occurrence/ $2M aggregate 2. Must pass a criminal background check 3.
