The Porter/Groundskeeper plays a crucial role in maintaining the overall cleanliness and curb appeal of the community. Prior maintenance experience is preferred for this position. Why Join Us?

Responsibilities:

Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the community, including grounds, building exteriors, leasing office, pools, amenities, and other common areas.
Comply with company and community operating and safety policies and procedures, as well as federal, state, and local laws related to community operation.
Walk the grounds and deliver notices to all apartments as needed.
Comply with all Fair Housing laws and regulations.
Perform preventative maintenance tasks such as HVAC filter changes, storm drain and sewer clean-out, and lubricating, oiling, greasing, and checking mechanical systems.
Assist with landscaping for the community.

Qualifications:

At least one year of experience in the field, including maintenance experience (preferred).
Willingness to deliver excellent customer service as part of the community team, providing a high-quality living environment. RichSmith Management is an equal opportunity employer.
