We are seeking a hardworking, self-motivated individual for a Fine Gardening Technician role. The position involves outdoor landscaping work in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications:

Experience in landscaping, including pruning, plant care, and landscape maintenance Knowledge of tools, pest/disease identification, fertilization, and horticulture Strong communication and teamwork skills Detail-oriented, punctual, and production-driven

Job Duties and Requirements:

Container designs and maintenance, pruning and rose care Heavy lifting (50+ lbs) and use of landscaping equipment Ability to work long hours/overtime as needed Driving a medium-sized dump truck Adhering to safety practices and company procedures Valid MA Driver’s License and DOT Medical card preferred but not required This role offers an opportunity to work in a reputable landscaping company with a focus on quality and customer care.

Full Time Pay:

$25.00 – $30.00 per hour
