• Perform various gardening tasks such as planting, watering, and maintaining flowers, shrubs, and trees.
• Prune and trim trees, hedges, and other plants to maintain their shape and health.
• Monitor and control pests and diseases to ensure the health of plants.
• Use hand tools such as shovels, rakes, and pruners for gardening tasks.
• Assist with landscape maintenance including mulching, weeding, and debris removal.
• Develop pest management plans consistent with your own pesticide license. “`Qualifications“`
• Previous experience in greenhouse or garden maintenance preferred.
• Knowledge of lawn care techniques and plant care principles.
• Familiarity with different types of plants, flowers, shrubs, and trees.
• Ability to operate sharp hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Proficiency in using hand tools for gardening tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Physical stamina to perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions.
• Good communication skills to work effectively with team members.
