We are currently looking to add crew members and a crew leader to our team. Responsibilities Crew leader -must be capable of directing a team of three to perform year-round yard maintenance for approximately 120 clients. Responsibilities include weekly mowing, mulching, spring and fall clean-ups, shrub trimming, and herbicide application. Additionally, the crew leader should possess the mechanical skills necessary to maintain and repair all lawn care equipment. Crew leader must have current Pesticide license and DOT Medical card. Class A driver’s license would be a plus but not required. Crew leader must be self-motivated and be able to complete all tasks with very little oversight. Crew member- must have at least two years of commercial landscaping experience, a positive attitude, and be able to take direction and work well in a team. Experience Minimum 2 Years commercial landscaping experience Must provide references
