Seasonal Landscape Laborer Talbot’s Landscaping & Construction Inc. Ludlow, MA 01056 Overview We are looking for an experienced and dependable Landscape Laborer to join our team. This role plays a key part in maintaining and enhancing the outdoor aesthetics of residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate brings at least 3 years hands-on landscaping experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a crew. Responsibilities As a Landscape Laborer, your day-to-day work will draw on your experience in tasks such as: Operating a variety of power tools and hand tools for landscaping, hardscaping, and grounds maintenance Performing routine landscape maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming, and mulching Supporting tree care, including planting, pruning, and removals Keeping outdoor areas clean and well-kept through regular groundskeeping duties Applying knowledge of lawn care to promote healthy grass growth and landscape aesthetics Assisting in hardscape installations, such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls Maintaining and troubleshooting landscaping equipment to ensure consistent performance Experience & Qualifications We are seeking candidates with demonstrated landscaping experience, including: Proficiency in operating landscaping tools and machinery (e.g., mowers, trimmers, blowers, chainsaws) Previous hands-on experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or a similar outdoor labor role Understanding of safety protocols and best practices when using tools and machinery Ability to lift heavy equipment and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Grow your landscaping career with a team that values experience, hard work, and high-quality results.
