GARDEN SPECIALIST

– Help us maintain our gardens and allow them to thrive and yield abundantly! The work for this new position entails: Maintenance of edible landscapes, food forests, fruit trees, flower gardens, medicinal herb gardens, etc. Maintenance and installation of raised beds for growing food. Weeding, mulching, adding compost, pruning, gardening and general plant care. Planting trees, berries, flowers, herbs, garden installation. What we’re looking for: A positive attitude and willingness to work physically in New England weather. Somebody who demonstrates and practices humility. Hunger for the work and our mission. Emotional intelligence and ability to communicate and cooperate with others. 2+ years of relevant experience with gardening and landscaping. A valid drivers license so you can drive company trucks. Ability to work well independently or with others. Physical and mental fitness; the work is physically challenging.
