Lawn Care Crew Member AVM Landscape & Design LLC Tewksbury, MA 01876 Overview We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Lawn Care Crew Members to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the beauty of residential and commercial landscapes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and possess a variety of skills related to lawn care, tree care, and landscaping. Responsibilities Perform routine lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, and fertilizing lawns. Execute tree trimming and care to ensure healthy growth and aesthetics. Irrigate lawns and landscapes effectively to promote optimal growth. Utilize hand tools and equipment for various landscaping tasks. Assist in digging, planting, and maintaining flower beds and shrubs. Implement hardscape projects such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Maintain cleanliness of job sites by removing debris and ensuring tools are stored properly. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Qualifications Experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred but not required. Knowledge of tree care practices is a plus. Familiarity with irrigation systems and techniques. Ability to use hand tools safely and effectively. Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise. Strong understanding of groundskeeping principles.
