The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and a passion for providing exceptional service in pool maintenance and repair. As a Pool Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients’ pools are clean, safe, and functioning optimally. This role requires hands-on work with various tools and equipment, making it essential for candidates to possess mechanical knowledge and experience in pool care. Responsibilities Perform routine pool maintenance including cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment checks. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to conduct repairs and maintenance on pool equipment. Ensure compliance with safety standards while performing maintenance tasks. Keep company vehicles stocked with chemicals and pool cleaning equipment Provide exceptional customer service to build lasting relationships with clients. Able to lift heavy equipment (50+ pounds). Be comfortable to work in all types of weather. Friendly, professional, and respectful to customers. Experience Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team while managing time efficiently. A valid driver’s license is required for travel between job sites. We service 115 customers weekly for pool cleaning and maintenance.
