Lawn Mower Operator All Things Green, LLC Falmouth, ME 04105 Mower Job Description Job Overview All Things Green, LLC is seeking a dedicated and skilled Mower to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining outdoor spaces and a strong understanding of various landscaping techniques. This role involves performing essential lawn care tasks, and ensuring properties are well-kept and visually appealing. The Mower will be responsible for operating mowing equipment, and assisting with groundskeeping duties. This is a paid position with opportunities for growth and development.

Responsibilities:

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, (zero-turn mower experience a must)
• Operateweed whackers, blowers, and push mowers efficiently
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment

Skills:

• Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance
• Ability to operate hand tools effectively and safely

Duties Operate mowing equipment efficiently to maintain lawns at residential and commercial properties. Perform regular lawn care activities including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing debris. Conduct snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access to properties. Demonstrate mechanical knowledge by performing routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently while adhering to safety standards. Engage in Spring and Fall Clean Ups

• Experience Previous experience in lawn care or groundskeeping is mandatory.

Familiarity with landscaping tools and machinery is a must. A strong work ethic with attention to detail is essential for maintaining high-quality standards in all tasks performed. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while demonstrating physical stamina for lifting and moving equipment as needed.
