Hello, We have an immediate opening for a hard working, self motivated individual for Summer / Fall Help at our properties & business: We have multiple buildings, lots of grounds and landscaping that need tending to in the summer and fall. We are looking for someone to assist with some of the following duties.

Below are some examples:

• Mowing
• Several acres of lawn (we have commercial size equipment).
• Shrubs & Hedges
• (A lot of them) Shaping, Trimming & Installing Some New.
• Weed Whacking.
• Power Washing
• Buildings, Patios, Siding & Equipment.
• Painting
• If Qualified
• Doors & Trim, Deck Boards.
• Auto, Trailer, RV & Equipment
• Cleaning, power washing, detailing.
• Must have valid driver’s license and own transportation (Properties are within a 4 miles distance of each other).
• Must be able to follow instructions and work unsupervised.
