Parks & Recreation Golf Course Maintenance Worker
Under the direct supervision of the Golf Course Superintendent, this position provides assistance with activities related to the maintenance of Bangor Municipal Golf Course. Those activities include operating various trucks, tractor, and mowers in grounds maintenance work as well as maintaining irrigation and conducting special labor projects. This shall be accomplished in compliance with established local, state, and federal standards. As work experience is gained, employee may be assigned to somewhat more difficult tasks. This is a 20-40 hour per week position with a pay range of $15.54 to $20.89 per/hour. The duration of this position can range from 3 to 8 months (depending on the time of season candidates begin employment).
